General William "Bill" Looney will be at the Alamo Chapter Air Force Association of Graduates "Noon Meal Formation to speak and sign copies of his book "Exceeding Expectations - Reflections on Leadership" released by Enso Books in September 2009. General Looney retired as the Commander, Air Education Training Command from 2005 until retirement in 2008.
